Green Dot Bystander Intervention Program

The 5 D’s 

Direct: 通过将自己置身于一个情境中，并直接解决所涉及的问题来进行干预.g., 问一个看起来不舒服的人是否还好, 把你的朋友从一个看起来威胁他们的人身边拉开, and/or telling someone that their joke is offensive).

Document: if intervention efforts are already in effect, or are not possible, record the details of the incident such as the date, time, and location (e.g.拍一张照片，录一段视频，或者写下任何你认为重要的信息). 请注意，只有当另一个“D”生效时，才应该考虑文档 and if it is safe to do so.
